Who runs Slopclip

Age and accounts
Slopclip is for teens and adults. Gameplay and accounts require age 13 or any higher minimum where you live. Minors need a parent or guardian’s permission and agreement to these Terms. We do not provide an under-13 service or parental-consent enrollment. Review each game’s content notice before playing.
Use an email you control and accurate account information. Do not impersonate anyone, share private information, or access another player’s account. Report suspected account compromise to support.
Playing and saved progress
Current games are free. You have limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to play through Slopclip, subject to these Terms and disclosed game licenses. Ownership of software, art, and trademarks stays with their owners.
Games are in active development. Bugs, updates, or outages can interrupt play. Guest saves depend on browser storage. Cloud saves capture supported checkpoints, not every moment of play. Export important progress. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or universal save compatibility, subject to your legal rights.
Comments and creator submissions
You own your submitted content and must have the rights to share it. Do not submit confidential information, credentials, or unauthorized code, art, music, names, or likenesses.
You grant Slopclip a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, format, reproduce, and display content as needed to review it and operate the service. Game submissions stay private until a separate publication decision and integration. Third-party and open-source licenses still apply.
Approved community posts, replies, polls, player names, avatars, and aggregate votes are public. Your individual poll choice is private to you and the operator. Creator profiles are public. Follow the community rules. Feedback and votes may inform development without a promise of payment, credit, implementation, or confidentiality. Only the operator can approve and publish game changes.
Conduct, moderation, and removal
No harassment, threats, child exploitation, unlawful or infringing content, personal-data exposure, spam, malware, account abuse, fake votes, or attempts to bypass security and usage limits. Report vulnerabilities privately to support@systalog.ai.
We review posts before public display and may remove content or restrict access to protect users and the service. Criticism alone is not a violation. You may appeal through support, request account deletion, or use Copyright & removal for rights complaints.
Third-party content and links
Creator websites and repositories have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them. References to Miniclip, Stick Arena, or Robot Rage describe comparisons and do not imply affiliation.
Liability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional promises of fitness, availability, or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by your misuse, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections.
These Terms do not take away mandatory protections or access to courts and regulators available where you live. If one provision cannot be enforced, the others remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Contact us first if you want help resolving a problem; this is not a mandatory arbitration agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the arcade evolves. We will show the updated date and give notice or request renewed agreement for material changes when required. Changes apply prospectively. If you do not agree, stop using the affected features and contact us about your account or content.
