Who is responsible
Systems Logic & Automation Group LLC in Washington, USA operates Slopclip.app. Contact support@systalog.ai for privacy requests. Systalog.ai and Gemfit.ai are separate applications and databases; shared ownership does not merge their users or data.
Information we collect and why
- Accounts: email, player name, avatar choice, a broad age range, agreement version, and a minor’s confirmation of guardian permission. Optional account security stores authenticator names and factor enrollment/verification records with Supabase Auth. Authenticator setup secrets are shown only during enrollment and are not part of player exports or public profiles. Supabase Auth handles passwords and sessions; passwords are not shown in player profiles. We do not ask for a date of birth or identity document at signup.
- Play: favorites, recently played game IDs and timestamps, and game-specific saved progress. These provide your library and cross-device saves. Some games store guest progress and preferences in your browser. Slop Gulch guest Big Team Battle keeps only local control, graphics and volume preferences; it does not save guest XP, ranks, loot boxes or customization.
- Creators: public profile name, handle, biography, avatar, and optional website; private submission descriptions, playable and repository links, images, integration notes, and review history.
- Community: posts, replies, poll choices and votes, support votes, player-name snapshots, game, timestamps, review status, reports, and abuse-prevention counters. We use these to collect feedback, moderate content, and prevent abuse.
- Support and privacy: requests you send, the associated account, request details, status, and necessary correspondence.
- Technical data: hosting, authentication, and email providers may process IP addresses, browser/request details, authentication events, delivery logs, and errors to deliver and secure the service.
Signing in with another provider
Available sign-in providers share basic identity details with Supabase Auth: a provider account identifier, email, and available profile details. Slopclip never receives your provider password or asks for messages, contacts, or files. Only enabled providers appear on the sign-in screen.
Connect a provider from Your account to retain the same Slopclip profile and saves. A different provider email, including Apple Hide My Email, can create a separate account. Connecting a login does not merge existing accounts. Provider privacy policies apply to their sign-in screens.
Public and private information
Account emails, login credentials, private cloud-save records, libraries, submission files, individual poll choices, reports, and privacy requests are not public. Approved posts, replies, player names, avatars, creator profiles, and aggregate vote counts are public. In multiplayer, other participants can see your player name, appearance, gameplay, in-game chat and the online identifiers needed to run a match. Public standings may show eligible results. Do not add personal information to public content.
The operator can review submissions, votes, and moderation records to run the service and investigate abuse. Community ranking uses post age and distinct participating accounts, not behavioral advertising profiles. Submissions never become playable games automatically.
Providers and other disclosures
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and submission storage, and Resend for transactional account email. They process information needed to provide their services. Our primary Supabase database is in the United States (US West). These providers may process supporting data in other locations under their service terms and privacy arrangements.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or handle a business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not run advertising pixels. Optional Vercel Web Analytics is off until you allow it on this browser. Creator websites you choose to open have their own practices.
Browser storage and tracking choices
Slopclip uses first-party browser storage for sign-in, game progress, favorites and requested preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site advertising profiles. Optional anonymous analytics is described below. Google Search Console reports search discovery; submitting our sitemap does not install a tracker in your browser.
Club Drunk uses a first-party cookie called clubdrunk-guest-v1 to keep your guest multiplayer identity between visits for up to seven days. It is limited to the Club Drunk service, sent over HTTPS and unavailable to page scripts. It is not an advertising identifier.
Slop Gulch guest multiplayer uses a temporary randomly assigned identity and session credential held in the game tab. Sessions expire after 30 minutes without renewal and have an eight-hour maximum lifetime; closing or reloading the game starts a new identity. The game server keeps temporary session, ticket and queue records in memory, and hashed network addresses for issuance limits for up to one hour after their last use. Hosting and security logs may separately contain IP addresses as described above. We do not create an account or save guest progression. On itch.io, itch also provides its own hosting and page services under its privacy policy.
Security services may use essential cookies or temporary challenge information to protect requests. Apple or Google may use cookies on their own sign-in pages when you choose those providers.
First-party browser storage holds sessions, guest progress, preferences, and save backups. A completed play-age check stores only an eligibility flag and expiry for 30 days; it does not store a birth date. A session-only flag blocks repeat attempts after an ineligible age declaration. Social sign-in briefly retains age/terms choices and the return page for up to 20 minutes.
Sign-in information lasts until you sign out, the session expires, or you clear it. Saved games, libraries and preferences remain on this device until you remove them or clear site data; short-lived setup and age records use the limits above. Use your browser’s site-data controls to inspect or delete local storage and cookies for slopclip.app. Clearing browser data signs you out and can remove guest progress and local backups. It does not delete cloud data. This storage supports requested features, not advertising. We do not sell data, share it for targeted advertising or run advertising pixels. Optional anonymous usage statistics require the separate choice below. The age/Terms check is remembered as described above; it is not permission for advertising or analytics. If we add optional tracking, it will stay off until any required separate consent is given, with a way to change or withdraw that choice.
Legal grounds and international processing
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we use information needed to provide requested account, save, and creator services to perform our agreement; use proportionate security and moderation information for legitimate interests in protecting users and running the service; comply with legal obligations; and request consent where required for optional processing. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
If information is transferred across borders, applicable transfer safeguards must apply, such as relevant provider contractual protections. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data. We do not treat your use of the site as a waiver of legal protections.
Retention and deletion
Account data and saves are kept while your account exists or until a valid deletion request is fulfilled. Comments stay pending, published, or hidden until removed by you or reviewed for removal. Unpublished submissions remain available for review, revision, or withdrawal. You can request deletion of submission files and associated records.
We retain support, moderation, and security records only as needed to resolve requests, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or handle disputes. Retention depends on those purposes; we do not promise an automatic purge of all records on a fixed date. Backup copies expire through the provider’s normal backup cycle and are not used for ordinary account access. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion requests must be reapplied. Browser copies on your devices require you to clear local storage separately.
Access, correction, deletion, and complaints
Your account lets you edit your player profile, download a JSON export of your account records and game saves, and submit a private access, correction, or deletion request with a reference number. The export includes submission information, but image files are handled separately on request. Deletion requests are reviewed by a person; submitting a request does not instantly delete an account.
You can also email support@systalog.ai, including if you cannot sign in. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data; never send a password. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, port, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, and complain to a data-protection authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful limitations. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Children and parents
Slopclip is intended for teens and adults. Gameplay and accounts require age 13 or the higher local minimum, with guardian permission for minors. We ask for an age range before guest gameplay and account details. These are declarations, not identity verification; we do not offer an under-13 parental-consent program.
A social provider can create an identity before account setup finishes, but player features remain locked until the age and terms step is recorded. Contact support@systalog.ai if you believe a child’s information was collected improperly. We will investigate, restrict further collection, and arrange deletion as required.
Security and policy updates
We use HTTPS, access controls, private submission storage, and account-scoped database policies. No system can guarantee perfect security. Keep your password private and export important progress. We will update the effective date when this policy changes and give additional notice or obtain consent when required for material changes.
Optional anonymous usage statistics
Help us see whether people find a game and reach its play screen. If you allow it, Vercel Web Analytics collects aggregate public page visits, broad referral source, device/browser information and limited play or loading events. We do not send your email, account identifier, player name, save contents, messages, room codes or URL query parameters. Account, callback and creator-management routes are excluded. This is not advertising, session recording or tracking across websites.
Analytics is off by default. Your choice lasts up to 180 days on this browser and can be changed here anytime. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep collection off. Vercel uses a request-derived visitor hash with a 24-hour lifetime rather than a persistent analytics cookie. Consequently these reports cannot reliably identify returning players across days. Existing aggregate data is not undone when you turn collection off. See Vercel’s analytics data practices.
Optional analytics are off on this browser.
For owner testing, keep analytics off so your own play does not inflate audience counts. Essential login, saves, age eligibility and security storage work independently of this choice.
Swarmbreak on iPhone
Swarmbreak: Survivor & Raids is an optional-account game. Guest progress is stored on the device. Guest solo gameplay does not upload progress or gameplay activity to our servers. Opening a website or contacting support uses that service’s normal connection and email data.
When you sign in, Supabase stores your Slopclip account identifier and email, including an Apple private relay address if chosen. We store your player name, broad age band and guardian declaration, cloud save, published base layout and defenses, raid results and reports, trophies and weekly league standings to provide account, save and online-play features. Your cloud save is private to your account. Other players can see your published base, generated base name, title, trophies and league, plus raid results concerning them. Swarmbreak’s public online names are generated by our server; your entered account name is not displayed to other Swarmbreak players. Clan chat in this version is a local simulation and is not sent to other players.
Swarmbreak does not include third-party advertising SDKs, IDFA collection or cross-app tracking. Its optional rewarded video promotes our own systalog.ai product and is bundled on the device. It sends no ad-view or advertising identifier to an ad network. Choosing “Learn more” opens the website in Safari; that website has its own privacy practices. Local notification reminders stay on the device. The optional website analytics described elsewhere in this policy do not run inside Swarmbreak.
Delete account: in Swarmbreak, open Settings, Account, Delete account and complete both confirmations. The server deletes Swarmbreak data, revokes active Slopclip sessions and removes the whole Slopclip account. For an Apple-linked account, re-authorization is required so the server can revoke the Apple link before completing deletion. This affects the same Slopclip account’s data across games; it is not limited to Swarmbreak. Progress still on your device remains available as guest progress. If deletion cannot complete or you cannot sign in, contact support@systalog.ai; never send a password or sign-in code. We verify ownership and respond within applicable legal deadlines.
Paid offers are disabled in the current beta. If purchases are enabled in a later tested version, Apple handles payment details; we do not receive your card or banking information. Product ownership and subscription status are used to deliver purchased items. Deleting a Slopclip account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
