Who is responsible
Systems Logic & Automation Group LLC in Washington, USA operates Slopclip.app. Contact support@systalog.ai for privacy requests. Systalog.ai and Gemfit.ai are separate applications and databases; shared ownership does not merge their users or data.
Information we collect and why
- Accounts: email, player name, avatar choice, a broad age range, agreement version, and a minor’s confirmation of guardian permission. Optional account security stores authenticator names and factor enrollment/verification records with Supabase Auth. Authenticator setup secrets are shown only during enrollment and are not part of player exports or public profiles. Supabase Auth handles passwords and sessions; passwords are not shown in player profiles. We do not ask for a date of birth or identity document at signup.
- Play: favorites, recently played game IDs and timestamps, and game-specific saved progress. These provide your library and cross-device saves. Guest progress and preferences are stored in your browser.
- Creators: public profile name, handle, biography, avatar, and optional website; private submission descriptions, playable and repository links, images, integration notes, and review history.
- Community: posts, replies, poll choices and votes, support votes, player-name snapshots, game, timestamps, review status, reports, and abuse-prevention counters. We use these to collect feedback, moderate content, and prevent abuse.
- Support and privacy: requests you send, the associated account, request details, status, and necessary correspondence.
- Technical data: hosting, authentication, and email providers may process IP addresses, browser/request details, authentication events, delivery logs, and errors to deliver and secure the service.
Signing in with another provider
Available sign-in providers share basic identity details with Supabase Auth: a provider account identifier, email, and available profile details. Slopclip never receives your provider password or asks for messages, contacts, or files. Only enabled providers appear on the sign-in screen.
Connect a provider from Your account to retain the same Slopclip profile and saves. A different provider email, including Apple Hide My Email, can create a separate account. Connecting a login does not merge existing accounts. Provider privacy policies apply to their sign-in screens.
Public and private information
Account emails, user IDs, cloud saves, libraries, submission files, individual poll choices, reports, and privacy requests are not public. Approved posts, replies, player names, avatars, creator profiles, and aggregate vote counts are public. Do not add personal information to public content.
The operator can review submissions, votes, and moderation records to run the service and investigate abuse. Community ranking uses post age and distinct participating accounts, not behavioral advertising profiles. Submissions never become playable games automatically.
Providers and other disclosures
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and submission storage, and Resend for transactional account email. They process information needed to provide their services. Our primary Supabase database is in the United States (US West). These providers may process supporting data in other locations under their service terms and privacy arrangements.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or handle a business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics in this arcade. Creator websites you choose to open have their own practices.
Browser storage and tracking choices
First-party browser storage holds sessions, guest progress, preferences, and save backups. A completed play-age check stores only an eligibility flag and expiry for 30 days; it does not store a birth date. A session-only flag blocks repeat attempts after an ineligible age declaration. Social sign-in briefly retains age/terms choices and the return page for up to 20 minutes.
Clearing browser data signs you out and can remove guest progress and local backups. It does not delete cloud data. This storage supports requested features, not advertising. We do not currently sell data, share it for targeted advertising, or run advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics. We will provide required choices before adding optional tracking.
Legal grounds and international processing
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we use information needed to provide requested account, save, and creator services to perform our agreement; use proportionate security and moderation information for legitimate interests in protecting users and running the service; comply with legal obligations; and request consent where required for optional processing. Where consent is the basis, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
If information is transferred across borders, applicable transfer safeguards must apply, such as relevant provider contractual protections. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data. We do not treat your use of the site as a waiver of legal protections.
Retention and deletion
Account data and saves are kept while your account exists or until a valid deletion request is fulfilled. Comments stay pending, published, or hidden until removed by you or reviewed for removal. Unpublished submissions remain available for review, revision, or withdrawal. You can request deletion of submission files and associated records.
We retain support, moderation, and security records only as needed to resolve requests, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or handle disputes. Retention depends on those purposes; we do not promise an automatic purge of all records on a fixed date. Backup copies expire through the provider’s normal backup cycle and are not used for ordinary account access. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion requests must be reapplied. Browser copies on your devices require you to clear local storage separately.
Access, correction, deletion, and complaints
Your account lets you edit your player profile, download a JSON export of your account records and game saves, and submit a private access, correction, or deletion request with a reference number. The export includes submission information, but image files are handled separately on request. Deletion requests are reviewed by a person; submitting a request does not instantly delete an account.
You can also email support@systalog.ai, including if you cannot sign in. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data; never send a password. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, port, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, and complain to a data-protection authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful limitations. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.
Children and parents
Slopclip is intended for teens and adults. Gameplay and accounts require age 13 or the higher local minimum, with guardian permission for minors. We ask for an age range before guest gameplay and account details. These are declarations, not identity verification; we do not offer an under-13 parental-consent program.
A social provider can create an identity before account setup finishes, but player features remain locked until the age and terms step is recorded. Contact support@systalog.ai if you believe a child’s information was collected improperly. We will investigate, restrict further collection, and arrange deletion as required.
Security and policy updates
We use HTTPS, access controls, private submission storage, and account-scoped database policies. No system can guarantee perfect security. Keep your password private and export important progress. We will update the effective date when this policy changes and give additional notice or obtain consent when required for material changes.
